Over the past six years we’ve done 1000+ projects in a wide variety of styles including commercials, music videos, event coverage, weddings, etc. Our versatility helps us to navigate any situation we may encounter, and our team will ensure a smooth process from pre-production to final cut. Our name comes from the Cave of Altamira, known for its prehistoric paintings and engravings of local wildlife. These hieroglyphics were the inspiration behind our buffalo logo. In addition, Altamira in Spanish loosely translates to “scenic view” by combining the Spanish words alta and mira. Alta means high; mira is a conjugation of mirar which means to look at something. 

We have select dates booked for the next year, however most projects are booked 6-8 weeks prior to shooting. We like to stay busy, and we frequently will take on a last minute inquiry if it fits into our schedule. Projects are booked on a first come first served basis.

Most projects are returned in 3-5 weeks. We do offer rush turnaround services if necessary. If you have a hard deadline please let us know in your inquiry so we can build the deadline into our proposal.

We deliver all photos in JPEG form through an online gallery. From there you can easily download and share individual photos or the entire collection. There’s also an option to buy prints of your favorite photos in a variety of sizes. Videos are hosted and delivered through Vimeo. Using the link we send, you can share, embed, and download the full HD video.
